With what you’ve learned so far, you could try a couple of things on your own. Here are some ideas:
- make the second Catalog Item available for Joe Doe as well
- improve the Service Dialog and make the VM Name a mandatory field (right now, it’s optional and can be left empty)
- grant Joe Doe more privileges (for example, it would be nice if he could start and stop hie virtual machines)
- upload items to make the Service Catalog more appealing
- use the new Self Service user Interface by trying the “/self_service” URL on your Appliance
